Returns
All purchases at Probacto.com are covered by our 30-day unconditional money back guarantee. To receive your refund the item must be returned.
Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in its original factory-sealed container for refund.
Probacto, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any package that is lost and/or damaged while in transit to Probacto. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and it is recommended that the service you use is both tracked and insured.
Any shipping and handling fee’s charged are non-refundable. We do not refund any customs fee’s that you paid to collect Probacto.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Undeliverable packages due to your unavailability to accept the package or inaccurate information provided by the purchaser will incur an additional shipping charge for the item to be reshipped to you. We are not responsible for customer errors. All refused packages are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
